Boys Gymnastics

Our boys gymnastics program is taught to boys ages 5-18. The boys are instructed on all the major men's events; floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, high bar. Within the classes the boys participate in our progression program, where as they master new skills they become closer to the goal of the next level. Through gymnastics, we try to teach the young men perseverance and discipline, two qualities they will use throughout their lives.

Superman (5-6)

This class is for boys 5 to 6 years of age. Boys in this class participate for an hour once per week. They work to learn beginner gymnastics skills and increase strength and physical development. This class is comparable to a Boys 1 class with a teaching style geared towards a younger age group.

Boys Rec Gymnastics

Boys Recreational Gymnastics is an introductory/intermediate boys class. In this class, boys learn basic terminology and skills. Along with the gymnastics events, the boys learn to build their strength and flexibility that can help them with their future in gymnastics, other sports, and the many facets of a healthy lifestyle.

Ninja

In Ninja classes, boys are taught a combination of street tumbling and martial arts with elements of "tricking" movements. Boys safely learn through drills and obstacles, while improving their strength and coordination. The boys use trampolines, spring floor, bars, and the foam pit to aid in the learning process. Ninja classes are offered on a beginner and an intermediate level.

Boys PreTeam*

The Boys PreTeam is a class of boys that exhibit knowledge of skills, strength, flexibility, and discipline. The boys in this class train more extensive time on all of the men's Olympic events in order to advance to our Boys Competitive Team.
